But that's a good thing!
just IF you want to know if an account exists, here you have the proof. Now you only have to find out the password.
Knowing the email makes it easy to trace the owner across the net, and with a little "Social Engineering" it makes guessing the password easier.
Ahh - Yahoo security at it's best!
If I log out on either machine, I can only log back in using the previous username.
By "previous" do you mean the other username or the same one?
Note: I have no trouble being logged on the same account on several machines...in fact I'm logged in on 3 different devices. Please be more specific in describing what/when goes wrong, step-by-step if possible.
@garlam Thank you! I found another way. I clicked on the thumb, then in the edit, then on the "restore". Thus, the thumb has come to its original position. Unfortunately thumb broke up into pieces, it was impossible to fix it in any other way.
This seems to happen only the first time I visit the forum; i.e. after I've opened a new tab. I should add that my homepage is set as the Poser forum, and it may be that this problem only affects that particular forum.
Typical SM call something A when actually it is B ( @admin Joke!)
Well, hovering over messages icon results in "Chats" tooltip .... and I never argue with a tooltip :)
As I mentioned above, it's just called "Chats". At HiveWire, their PM/Site Mail is called "Conversations", but the only difference between that version and the standard PM/Site Mail is, you can send the same message to more than one person, and they can each respond to the same Conversation. It's what we use when beta testing for CA/Vendors. That way everyone's testing comments are all in one place. It's not, however, a chat like in a Chat room. Not even close.
