This has been reported to the Web Staff. They are working on a solution. In some cases it is Browser specific. The Skins are preset and we do not want to remove the broken ones until they understand the full issue and if they can be saved.
John at tech support fixed the issue. SM made an account based on my comcast e-mail and when I purchased both StuffIt and MotionArtist they went into this account. It's all straightened out. Thanks for your help.
@jackorama there has been recent news certificate authority about deregistration or invalidation of certain certificate authorities. It may be that this is a temporary issue and will be appropriately resolved, eventually.
@Miss-B One of my old email accounts was hacked and used to send spam. It was one I had stopped using. I didn't even know about it until one of the recipients of the spam called me and asked what I was sending. There were only a couple people in that address book, though and were people I had all but stopped communicating with. Once I realized what had happened, I contacted Yahoo and had them delete the account.
Sorry to resurrect this old thread, but, since I was trying to understand the reason why, trying to report a spammer who's flooding this forum isn't allowed because of the lack of reputation points?!?!
I can understand in, some way, the reason why one may not be allowed to report, being a troll or not knowing/understanding what he's doing/reading properly, however, this is not a good way to maintain a forum, IMHO.
If you purchase from our Store, you already have a Store Account at CP linked to the email used for the order
Support is separate.
If you use the same email for Forum and License Manager Portal as your Store Account, you can normally Sign In once and it will allow you to access the Forum. Sometimes you may be prompted to Sign In, if you are not currently signed into the Store.
Looks like your connection to Graphics Forum was lost, please wait while we try to reconnect.
