I'm not sure how to label this but I've been creating a type of 3d layered effect on civil war photos, using motionartist. Here is a sample of one of my creations:

One day I would like to use it for motion comics. Right now I feel I still need to learn a lot more about Poser, GIMP, and Clip Studio Paint. So I don't really have time to learn this too. :P

I just got it but the idea is to convert comics to a little more animated and possibly with some ambient background sound, just playing around with it yet but it looks like it could be done.

Just started using it (in combination with Anime Studio, static images, and a little audio) for preparing short presentations (educational) for online content. I like that it encourages visual thinking rather than text in bullet points (or worse, "wall of text" slides).
