Hotkey for Blue Playhead

Hi! I don't know if this it is called playhead (see image 1) but is there any shortcut key to place it (end playhead) in any frame I want?
For example, if I am in frame 13, and the "end playhead" is in frame 500. How can I easily place it to frame 13 without going to all 500 frames?!
