for that background node
We can use the background node (not the Background Prop) for some renders, and I discovered that Clip Studio Paint Pro can change my raster image (downloaded from Clip Studio online shared assets) into several forms. Using the Transform Coordinates function, and I can get a flat texture into polar, or a polar into rectangular, and those will fit into the background node as a texture. Of course, I can also simply use a Cycles shader tree to apply an image. Just mentioning it, for folks who prefer editing and/or creating images in an external editor first, then using it as a simple plug-in inside Poser Material Room.
