License activation failed/error

    I bought this last Sunday I believe, and I still don't have access to anything but the trial. Which sucks, because when I buy something - I expect to be using it. Though I was given a bad key or something, because I can't actually register my account to get the actual product that I purchased. I put in a ticket 5 Business days ago, It's now the 6th day and I haven't gotten a response. I uninstalled, then reinstalled - still no luck. Still using the trial mode . . .

    Can somebody help me out? Maybe an employee? The weekend is when I want to actually use it, and it's the weekend.
