3D Paths Palette - where?
-
I can't find the 3D Paths Palette... Is this only available in the pro version?
-
You can see the Path Palette on the Window menu (Window > Path Palette)
-
I assume this is in the Pro version? Cause here it's not there
-
No. It is available on Poser 11.1 and Poser Pro 11.1.
-
Haven't upgraded yet (in the middle of a series and don't want to risk it) So what is the 3D Path Palette?
-
I actually found 3 mentions of the Path Palette. One where Rtorres mentions above under the Windows menu, one under the Object menu and one under the Figure menu.
-
This is how the menue looks like for me.
Maybe I am stupid but I dont see it.
-
@starlingblue Your IQ isn't the problem . I actually don't see several things that should be there. Including the Keyframe Category. What version of Poser 11 are you running there?
-
What build number are you using?
See Help About, second but last line in the popup

Thanks for the help
I am running 11.1.0.34759
When I installed it I first installed the updater then the full version since the new content wouldnt install with then updater version,
in both cases I choose an option that ran like "keep preferences" or similar.I deinstalled the updated version before I installed the regular version.
I assume that it has to do with keeping the preferences or whatever that was exactly.

I have the same problem. I installed the updater and now have version 11.1.0.34764, but no Path Palette. :(

I sent a support ticket to SM, I recommend you do this too cause the more people the more likely it is the issue will be adressed.
-
Oh.... I have Pro and I -never- had either of these two options in my menus. I didn't even know they existed!
-
Ops.. nevermind... note to self: get to speed with talk, dumbo... that's about the new options in 11.1
-
Have you guys tried thowing out your preffs files so Poser makes new ones? This usually fixes all kinds of evil.
-
No, I don't know where they are located.
I tried setting the launch option "reset to factory state", but that didn't change anything.

Thanks.
I think I will wait for SM support to answer, cuase I dont want to wreck things up even more.
Theres also a strange thing with the GUI, the library buttons change appearence from time to time, sometimes they are round and beveled, but most of the time they are flat with different graphics.
