Hello:

Does Clip Studio Paint save .PNGs with an alpha channel?

I am surprised that I cannot find that info on the SM website.

If you turn off or delete the background layer and the remaining layers have transparency, it should save with transparency. Not the same as an alpha channel but it's the best we got.
